A new partner for Arkwood
Arkwood is pleased to announce the arriva of Béatrix Zilberstein as a partner.
A recognized specialist in wealth taxation, Béatrix has been assisting private clients with complex legal and tax issues for over 20 years, in areas ranging from wealth structuring and transfer to tax litigation.
With over 16 years of experience as a partner in FIDAL’s national tax technical department, Béatrix has contributed to the development of the firm’s doctrine, the monitoring of strategic cases, and the training of lawyers on all aspects of wealth taxation: IFI (property wealth tax), registration fees, income tax, abuse of rights, dismemberment, Dutreil agreements, etc.
She began her career working for notaries at CRIDON Bordeaux-Toulouse, and practiced as an assistant notary, developing specialized expertise in family businesses and legal structuring.
Her arrival strengthens the firm’s practice and expertise in providing strategic support to individuals with significant wealth management issues, as well as in pre-litigation and tax litigation.
