Léo is an associate at ARKWOOD, which he joined in 2025.
He advises entrepreneurs and individuals in a national and international context, particularly US persons, while assisting them with their reporting obligations. He specializes in matters relating to wealth management, trusts, and estate planning strategies.
Before practicing law, he first supplemented his training with experience in private banking, a source of financial culture, then practiced for four years as a tax lawyer specializing in the structuring and transfer of family and professional assets (real estate investments, life insurance, Dutreil agreements, holding companies, complex shared gifts, etc.).
Léo holds a Master 2 in Professional Asset Law (M223 – Paris-Dauphine University) and a Master 2 in Tax Law (Panthéon-Assas University).
He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2025.
