Célia advises and assists French and foreign entrepreneurs as well as private clients in domestic and cross-border cases. She has a particular experience in the structuring of managers’ and executives’ compensation as well as their tax assistance during the restructuring and the sale of their companies.
Celia joined Arkwood in 2021 and has been promoted as Counsel in 2026.
Before joining the firm, Celia was part of the tax department of Jones Day.
She had previously completed internships in the tax department of international law firms as well as Société Générale Private Banking.
Célia graduated from a Magistère degree in Business and Tax Law (Aix-en-Provence University), from a Master degree in Tax Law (Aix-en-Provence University) as well as from an LL.M. in International Economic Law (City University of Hong Kong).
She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018.
