Arkwood strengthens its tax litigation practice!
Paris, June 28, 2017. In only 2 years after its creation, Arkwood law firm, a boutique dedicated to private clients, continues its development with the arrival of a new senior lawyer.
Arnaud Tailfer, 33 years old, joins Arkwood to develop tax audit assistance and tax litigation activities. The firm has a solid reputation on patrimonial matters (tax structuring, inheritance, transfers of professional and personal assets, international mobility, etc.) and its partners have wished to strengthen their tax litigation practice to better serve their clients and accompany them in a comprehensive manner, including during the tax audit and litigation phases.
Arnaud Tailfer has a solid experience in these areas and assist taxpayers, whether individual or companies, at all stage of their relation with tax authorities, from the potential risk identification to the very end of the tax litigation procedure before Courts. He also developed a strong expertise in assistance during dawn raids and criminal proceedings implemented for tax offenses (tax fraud, tax swindling…).
As the firm is about to celebrate its 2 years in October, the recruitment of Arnaud is the third since the creation of the firm and consecrates the sustained growth that accompanies the development of this boutique law firm dedicated to wealth management for private clients.
