Margaux joined Arkwood SCP as an associate in january 2022.
She regularly assists company directors in the context of the transfer, transmission and restructuring of their professional assets (setting up a holding company, a contribution-assignment strategy, “Dutreil transmission” etc.).
She also advises French and international clients on all issues related to their family real estate assets (structuring, estate planning, etc.) and assists them their tax obligations (regularisation of assets held abroad, annual income tax returns, etc.).
She had previously completed internships at Arkwood SCP and Virtuosa (Paris).
Margaux graduated from the Tax Law master’s degree of University of Lille and also studied at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
Margaux has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023.
